The community will be home to eight beautifully designed parks and playgrounds, offering plenty of space for families to relax, play, and explore. At its core, residents will enjoy a spacious joint cricket pitch with 2 soccer fields within the school sites, creating a central gathering place for recreation, team sports, and community events. There will be two new schools within Rose Ranch. A K-6 and elementary will both be centrally located to promote walkability.
The developer, WestCreek, maintains newly installed green spaces and boulevards until the ownership is turned over to the city. The Good Neighbour Practices Reference Guide, available on the City of Calgary website, is a great resource for learning about responsibilities within any neighborhood. If you have further concerns regarding maintenance, please contact WestCreek Developments.
Homeowners are responsible for shoveling their adjacent sidewalk(s) and regional pathway(s), along with cutting the grass adjacent and in front of their home.
Please call 311 with illegal dumping concerns, couches, roadway garbage etc.
What is the snow removal schedule? The developer, WestCreek , maintains snow clearing throughout portions of the construction phases.
